Bad hair might be hereditary

That lovely picture to the left is me for one of my school pictures. Awesome right? I brought that bandana in unbeknownst to my parents and made the teacher tie it around my neck for me. Just goes to show you that strong fashion sense is inherent and not a learned trait. While the bandana was a fantastic decision the hair is just terrible and it doesn’t get any better in subsequent school photos. I actually have a string of terrible photos that continues on to this day. Beautiful marvels at just how badly I photograph. Well it seems like Segundo has inherited my unphotographability (what is the opposite of photogenic) if that picture below is any indication. I feel bad for the kid because this is just the beginning. He has a long illustrious career of bad school pictures to look forward to but he has to really bring his A game if he is going to have a go at some of my greatest hits. Segundo definitely has the hair for the challenge but will he make a commitment to the goofy faces and unfortunate fashion choices?

Primo purposely makes goofy faces in photos but they still come out looking great so that doesn’t count. I feel bad for segundo that one of the most distinguishable traits that I will pass on to him is this curse of bad pictures but hopefully it will help him really develop his already great sense of humor.

Made me chuckle. It’s picture day for Lukas tomorrow. I may just have to pull out a bandana to take along.
