The boys and I have been experimenting with all sorts of creative mediums like water colors, oil pastels, markers, crayons, and clay. We’ve also made a picture or two from Apps on my phone and the boys love seeing color come right from their finger tips. While they love the finished products, the process is a bit clunky with their little chubby fingers. Don Lee ran into the same issue and did something about it by creating the Nomad Brush, a stylus for drawing, sketching, and painting on iPads and other smart phones and tablets. The Nomad Brush combined with the great artistic apps being created open up a whole new creative space for kids to explore. You can check out some of the pictures people have created on their Facebook page and see first hand how brush works:
With the holidays upon us the Nomad Stylus is a great eco-friendly tool to encourage creativity in both kids and adults and with that in mind we are giving away a stylus to one lucky winner. I will pick a comment at random on Wednesday December 14 at Noon Pacific. So leave a comment telling me how you would use the Nomad Brush. You can also increase your odds by Tweeting out a link to this post and leaving a comment with the link to your tweet, and heading over to the Facebook page and liking the Nomad Stylus.
